Cura Camping 2025

Every year, the Cura Accounting team swaps spreadsheets for sleeping bags and heads into the great outdoors for a well-earned social at Giants Seat Scout Camp. This year’s Cura Camping 2025 was full of fun, laughter, and plenty of memories to take back with us.

We kicked things off with a good old game of rounders. Everyone got stuck in, whether they were seasoned pros or just out for a laugh. There was some serious enthusiasm (and some less-than-serious catches), but most importantly, it brought us all together right from the start.

Next came the tug of war. After a few hard-fought battles and a lot of shouting and cheering.

Later in the day, we put our brains to the test with the Cura Pub Quiz. It was a mix of general knowledge, music rounds, and a few surprises thrown in. Let’s just say there were some unexpected trivia experts in the group!

As always, Cura Camping is about more than just games. We took a moment to slow down and shine a light on the amazing people that make up our team. The staff appreciation and awards were a heartfelt highlight, recognising those who go above and beyond, keep the energy positive, and always bring a smile to work.

Then it was time for something a bit different, the Bingo Hunt. This wasn’t your average treasure hunt. Teams raced to find selected items and snap photos along the route, all leading to our final destination… the pub. And yes, the treasure at the end really was a cold pint or two. Worth every step.

After a few well-earned drinks, we made our way back to camp for a hearty dinner of pizza and spaghetti bolognese, just what we needed after an action-packed day.

We wrapped up the night gathered around the fire, toasting marshmallows, sharing stories, and playing music. There were a few sing-alongs (some in tune, some not so much), but all in all, it was the perfect way to end the day.

Team 3 pulled their way to victory. Huge well done to the winning team, Angie, Gillian, Lianne, Harrison, Chelsea, Sue, Callum, and Alison, you smashed it!

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make Cura Camping 2025 so special. These are the moments that remind us what an incredible team we have. Can’t wait to do it all again next year.
