Day In The Life Of Our Operations and Credit Control Manager

A little peek into a day in my life as Credit Control Manager at Cura

My day usually starts with checking emails and setting a plan for what needs to get done. Then it’s straight into the numbers. Mornings fly by with cash allocating, managing invoices, chasing payments (in the nicest way possible), and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. I also spend time working through account reconciliations to make sure everything lines up as it should.

Throughout the day, there’s always a chat or bit of laughter with the team. The office has a great vibe and that really helps even on the busiest days.

Afternoons are usually a mix of more reconciliations, problem-solving, and staying on top of anything unexpected that pops up. It’s a role that keeps me focused and motivated because no two days are ever the same.
